Keep booking directly with the luxury travel partners you prefer. You're still in control.

SEND US YOUR RESERVATION
Once you've booked, send your confirmation to Client-Led Reserve. We'll review:
✦ Supplier
✦ Travel dates
✦ Reservation details
✦ Booking value
✦ Transfer eligibility
✦ Supplier deadlines
Supplier policies vary, so not every direct reservation can be transferred or activated. The sooner you send it, the better.

WE REVIEW ELIGIBILITY
Our team determines whether DePrez can become the Agent of Record for your reservation. Where permitted, we complete the required transfer or registration with the supplier.
Your booking is considered activated only once we confirm that process with you.

YOUR RESERVE GOES TO WORK
Once activated, we can look beyond the reservation itself. Depending on the trip, that may include:

✦ Preferred amenities
✦ Upgrade & waitlist advocacy
✦ Special requests
✦ Supplier coordination
✦ Experience recommendations
We don't interfere for the sake of being involved. We step in where our involvement adds value.

AND IF SOMETHING CHANGES
Your advisor already knows the trip. Instead of starting with an unfamiliar call center, you have someone who understands the situation, can talk to the right travel partners, and can advocate for the best available solution.
THE MEMBER DIVIDEND
Your travel can create value beyond the trip.
Qualifying travel within Client-Led Reserve generates a 5% Member Dividend, subject to program terms.
For participating Strive Collective members, the equivalent value is directed by DePrez to Big Change rather than returned to the traveler.
The Dividend is finalized only after qualifying travel and applicable commission have been reconciled.
